Welcome to our Year 6 class page for the 2025/26 academic year! This is an exciting and important time as pupils prepare for their transition to secondary school. These texts will help develop reading comprehension, writing skills, and creative thinking. Pupils will explore themes, characters, and narrative techniques while building their vocabulary and writing skills.

⛪ Religious Education (RE)
Our class Bible story is Cain and Abel, focusing on the themes of jealousy and conflict. Pupils will reflect on how these themes apply to our own lives and consider ways to live peacefully with others.

Pupils will develop fitness, teamwork, and sporting skills through a variety of activities.
