KS2 VR Experience
KS2 children enjoyed a VR Experience this week, bringing their topics to life. Year 3, explored the rainforest, interacted with animals, and learnt about ecosystems. 🐼Year 4 learnt about Ancient Egypt and walked through pyramids and met famous historical figures. Year 5 travelled through space, learning about planets and stars, 🪐🔭 and Year 6 explored different biomes like the Arctic and jungles. This new immersive technology was a fantastic opportunity for our children and they all loved the new experience.

Zach: ‘It was really cool because we got to investigate the pyramids, and we even saw a real mummy! It felt like we were proper archaeologists.’
Zuni: ‘I loved it! It was all in 3D, and it felt like I was floating around in the air – like I was flying through history.’
Umaynah: ‘I loved it because I’ve never tried VR before. I felt like one of the other children who always get to use the latest technology – it was really exciting.’
