School Meals

If you are on Income Support or income based Job Seekers Allowance your child is entitled to a free school meal.   THIS CAN BE CLAIMED BY CONTACTING THE SCHOOL OFFICE ON 01782 234390 .

The Free School Meals Office at the Civic Centre is open throughout the main school holidays and claims for free meals may be made in advance for children starting school in September.   The telephone number is 236813.

If you have an older child already on free meals, you will still need to apply for the younger child.

Please claim your free school meals if you think you may be entitled to them!

Did you know that extra money comes into the school budget for each child who claims free school meals?   You don't have to take up the offer (your child may prefer sandwiches) but the claim triggers the funding!
